Always remember that we here at EZ Motorbike ALWAYS recommend front suspension (when possible) and front brakes (absolute), and to avoid ALL front fenders that have only one brace and a tab to hold it in place. We are aware that many riders have been hurt badly when the little tab breaks, and the fender rolls forward, stopping the front wheel, and face-planting the Rider. You will not be "launched" like out of a playground swing, you will "faceplant" like the action of a mousetrap.
Note: many bikes will require some work on the current production motor mount. We are working on resolving this at this writing.
Many earlier front forks will not have the 1/4 inch mounting hole for the old style caliper brake, and will not have side-pull or cantilever studs. Repop Springers do have this hole. We will have the repop springers and front caliper brakes offered here soon.
EZ Motorbike does NOT endorse the twin-cable brake levers because we feel it is not safe to have all of your braking power (and your safety) tied into one hand/one lever.
EZ MotorBike will offer accessories that are proven working, safe items to have on your bike. We do have, and endorse, the locking brake lever, to be used as clutch lever.

Murray Cantilever frames 1960 up American Production
Very nice fit! This would include the Monterrey, and most all of the Middleweight small diameter tubing frames.
this bike can use up to 44 teeth on the sprocket. 1 piece crank or 3-piece conversion works well here, bearings from Murray will fit all non-Schwinn cranks
1962 Schwinn Tornado Middleweight
(very low headroom)
MUST use 36 tooth sprocket or smaller chain
choke flipper is in between the twin bars
choke a bit hard to use, otherwise a good ride.
Schwinn Bottom Bracket bearings have different thread than modern, must replace at least the cones.
1 piece or 3-piece conversion crank works well here, as current production 3pc has 36 tooth sprocket attached.
1999-2008 WC-1 and NE5 frames.
Good fit, Balloon frame, this is an easy, though pricey way to go. Already has suspension and nice front brake.
26" Balloon Schwinn Frames
These will all work, but the Schwinn Bottom Bracket bearings have different thread than modern, must replace at least the cones. Easy fit for up to 44 teeth on the crank. Many of these will have no provision for front brakes
Small tube mountain bikes are a good fit, but choose steel frames, and small diameter tubing and you will do well. Even though not the traditional American Cruiser style, these bikes usually come with nice brakes, and the current motor mount fits these easily. The complication is, you now have 2 levers on the left hand. EZ Motorbikes does NOT endorse the twin-cable brake levers because we feel it is not safe to have all of your braking power (and your safety) tied into one hand/one lever.
