Q-Matic Drive Parts

This is not “bicycle chain”, but instead it is a high quality, long lasting chain already cut to length for your bicycle.  Includes master link.

56 tooth sprocket. This is the required sprocket for the Q-Matic drive system.

This part replaces a worn out idler arm pulley. Bearings are included.

This is the universal drive plate for all Q-matic drives.

The main clutch for the Q-matic drive.  Internal parts have been engineered and manufactured exclusively for EZ Motorbike.  An attempt to replace this clutch with any other clutch will almost certainly result in disappointment.  We do NOT recommend any other brand or version of centrifugal clutch for the EZMotorbike Q-matic drive.

This ingenious adapter was especially designed and machined exclusively for EZ Motorbike. Using this adapter, you may now use the HS-142 tapered shaft motor on our EZ Motorbike kit!

Adjustable tensioner makes keeping the right tension on the rear drive chain very simple.

Heavy, cast iron drive pulley used to power the clutch shaft.

This shaft is knurled to enhance it’s performance and we do not recommend replacing it with a similar shaft that has not been properly prepared for use.

Recoil starter for both the HS142 and the GXH50 motors used on the EZ Motorbike.

This is the small bearing that is used in the idler arm that keeps your belt tight.  We recommend that they be replaced in sets of two.
